We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. We also accept HSA cards with a 2.9% service fee.

We do not accept health insurance at this time, though we can print a receipt (called a “superbill”) for you to submit directly to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

We understand that things come up. 

To avoid a cancellation fee, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Yes, but only for DOT Physical Exams. You can book online or give us a call to check for same-day availability.

For all other services, we recommend scheduling in advance to ensure you get the time and attention you deserve. 

Weight Loss Consultation: $450

This includes a comprehensive lab review (including thyroid and hormone testing), a one-hour visit with a provider, in-depth discussion of your health history and goals, and a personalized weight loss plan tailored to your body and lifestyle.

Men’s/Women’s HRT Consultation: $450

This includes a comprehensive lab review (including thyroid and hormone testing), a 60-90 minute with a hormone trained provider, in-depth discussion of your health history and goals, and a personalized hormone optimization plan tailored to your body and lifestyle.
