Is it just stress and aging… or something more?

You’ve noticed changes, and they’re getting harder to ignore:

  • Night sweats that interrupt your sleep
  • Brain fog that slows your day
  • Hot flashes that strike out of nowhere
  • Low libido and a complete lack of desire for intimacy
  • Energy levels that don’t bounce back
  • Vaginal dryness and discomfort during sex
  • Mood swings that make you feel like a stranger to yourself

If this sounds like you, you might be experiencing female hormone imbalance.

Why Hormone Imbalance Causes These Symptoms

Hormone Replacement Therapy Can Help

At Evolution Health, we offer personalized hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for women, supported by lab work, symptom tracking, and responsive treatment plans that evolve with you.

This treatment is ideal if you’re ready to

  • Wake up refreshed and sleep soundly through the night
  • Enjoy sex again, without discomfort or low desire
  • Regain focus, energy, and motivation
  • Feel emotionally steady and in control of your mood
  • Maintain your muscle tone and metabolism as you age

We work closely with you to make these outcomes not just possible, but sustainable.

Our Hormone Optimization Process

01.

Comprehensive Lab Work

We begin every treatment plan with comprehensive hormone testing for women. This lab work gives us real insight into your levels of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and other markers that impact how you feel.

We don’t stop at “within range.” We look for optimal ranges based on your symptoms, life stage, and goals.

02.

90-Minute consultation

You’ve sat across from a provider who rushed through your symptoms in ten minutes and sent you home with “that’s just aging.” We don’t do that. You get 90 minutes with our Hormone Specialist, enough time to talk through your fatigue, low libido, hot flashes, or whatever else you’ve been carrying, without being cut off.

We take female hormone imbalance seriously. That means listening long enough to understand what’s actually happening in your body, not just long enough to write a prescription.

03.

Optimization and Continuity Program

You’ll have scheduled check-ins at 1, 3, and 6 months, with repeat labs at 16 weeks, as part of your HRT optimization program. Your program includes: visits, management, labs, and medications. If anything changes in between, you email or text your provider directly — no phone tag, no waiting room.

Once optimization is complete, we transition you into our continuity program: built for women who want their care to run on autopilot: easy communication, no extra steps.

We support you through every phase, whether you’re in early perimenopause or navigating life after menopause.

Real patients. Real relief.

Great experience all around. By creating a baseline, they were able to help me start achieving my goal, as well as show me (and start working on) health concerns I wasn't aware of. They offer many services and inform you of options, but never push anything on you. They are very good listeners, and have helped me develop a comprehensive plan to lose weight, eat right, target out of whack levels, and create a healthier lifestyle plan. The staff is extremely warm and kind. Very professional. The first 6 weeks were all about taking it slow to ensure a measured and successful path, and we're ready for the next stage. I feel much better already. Thanks!

I was nearing my 65th birthday, not feeling well, overweight, taking medication for high blood pressure and very frustrated. Then my friend told me about Evolution Health. I began seeing Debra Gross, and my journey began. From the minute I walked in for my first appointment I was impressed by the friendly and professional atmosphere. Deb tailored a program that focused on my needs and goals. She has been amazing and coached me through my successful journey. Deb is a knowledgeable, personable and professional medical provider. I have nearly reached my goal, I'm active again and I no longer need blood pressure medication. I highly recommend Debra Gross, ARNP and her great staff at Evolution Health.

I am receiving treatnents for loose skin and Evolution Health has been wonderful. Their staff are very prifessional, the treatments are non-invasive and are actually relaxing. I would 100% recommend this business for its services and its staff. It has been a good experience so far for me.

Frequently Asked Questions

Hormone imbalance in women refers to disruptions in your body’s natural hormone levels, especially estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. These shifts can happen due to age, stress, perimenopause, or menopause. We use comprehensive lab work to pinpoint where those levels are and how to bring them back into balance.

Female hormone imbalance can lead to low energy, mood swings, weight changes, sleep disturbances, hot flashes, and more. If you’re experiencing multiple symptoms at once, hormones may be playing a role.

Low libido in women is often caused by shifting hormone levels, particularly in estrogen and testosterone. Loss of desire isn’t something you just have to live with. It can be deeply frustrating, but it’s also treatable. With targeted hormonal treatment, most women see improvements in desire, arousal, and overall sexual wellness.

If you’re a woman over 35 dealing with symptoms like low energy, poor sleep, brain fog, mood changes, vaginal dryness, or low libido, and you’re tired of being told “everything looks normal” or “that’s just part of getting old,” then this program is likely a good fit for you. Most of our patients are in perimenopause or menopause, but hormone issues can begin earlier than many women realize. If you suspect something is off, we’re here to help you find answers.

Most women start feeling better within the first 6-8 weeks, often sooner. You might notice small changes at first, like steadier energy or clearer thinking, followed by deeper improvements in sleep, mood, and libido. Results last as long as treatment continues, but our goal is always to help you feel consistently supported through every stage of hormonal change.

Hormone health isn’t a one-and-done process — it evolves over time, which is why we built the program in two phases. The first is our 6-Month Hormone Optimization Program: focused, closely monitored care with three provider visits and lab-guided dosing adjustments along the way. Once you graduate, most patients transition to our continuity program for ongoing monitoring and support — because staying at your best takes staying connected to care, not a single course of treatment.

The initial consultation is $450, which includes your comprehensive lab work and a 90 minute visit with your provider. From there, most patients enroll in our 6-Month Hormone Optimization Program. Sarah, our RN, will go over exact program pricing with you on your First Step Call.

We don’t bill insurance, but many patients use HSA or FSA funds to cover their care. We’re happy to provide superbills upon request for you to submit for potential reimbursement. And because we’re not tied to insurance restrictions, we’re able to give you the time, attention, and customization your care actually deserves.
